COME CLEAN with YOGA KREWE Join us for a Lenten cleanse led by certified Health and Wellness Coach and certified Integrative Health Practitioner Julie Panebiango

 

Saturdays, March 9- April 6, 2019

Time: 12-1:30pm

 

During the Lenten season, we often challenge ourselves to give up something we enjoy. This year, at Yoga Krewe, we are taking it a step further and giving up many things we enjoy, but that may be contributing to our health in a negative way. We are partnering with Yoga Krewe member and Health and Wellness Coach Julie Panebiango to embark on a four week cleanse and detox. 

 

Want to join us? You should! It will be easier to do in community.

 

Here's a brief overview of what we are doing:

 

March 9- We will meet for a group coaching session at Yoga Krewe. Julie will outline the program, answer questions, and inspire us with her wisdom.  We will begin to cleanse on March 10th.

 

March 16- We will meet for a detoxifying yoga class led by a YK instructor, and linger for group discussion and sharing. Julie will reveal the next steps of the journey. 

 

March 23- Julie returns for our second group coaching session. She will outline next steps, answer questions, offer guidance.

 

March 30th- We will meet for a detoxifying yoga class, group discussion and support. Julie will reveal the last steps of the cleanse. 

 

April 6th- We will meet for our third coaching session with Julie. She will outline the protocol for reintroducing foods.  We will have a clean celebration and sharing.

Investment: $125 for 3 group coaching sessions with Julie, 2 private group yoga classes, a closed FB support group, and guidance all the way through the program. 

 

Participants are encouraged to see this as an investment in their overall health and well being. Suggestions will be made along the way as to refinements to the diet, including reduction and elimination of certain foods for a portion of the cleanse. Each person is encouraged to make their own choices and to do the best they can to follow the guidelines. No one will be judged for their level of participation.
