Self Care 

Why Self Care:

We all know we need self care, but we put it last on our list for a more 'convienent' time. Problem is... that time never comes and we put ourselves last on our list.

 

Put yourself first by waking up with us, practicing self care before the house wakes and start the day with a peaceful heart

Mission:

Create a safe and supportive atmosphere where we work as a group to lay a solid framework for clients to learn the habit of self-care.

We do this by providing the tools and accountability to help clients show up for themselves and invest the time to help them thrive

What you will receive:

  • Discover and establish your why - lets face it sometimes we lose track of it! Let’s work together to find it!

  • See what the research says about what/why/how

  • Practice journaling - you don’t need to be an English major to do this...just pen, markers, paper and maybe even some glue!!

  • “Try it on!” Let’s see what a difference it can make

  • Daily 30 min instructor led self care exercises

  • Join us live at your choice of two times: 

    • 5:30 for early risers​

    • 9:30 for morning risers

    • If these times don't work for you, no problem. We will post the exercises for you to do on your own. 

  • Exercises include: 

    • ​Instructor led Yoga and Mediation

    • Journaling and reading prompts

    • Suggestions for trying new things!​​

  • Open group discussions to get support and assurance that we are all on the right path to being better versions of ourselves!

  • Weekly 1-on-1 check ins with your group facilitator

  • Meet new friends on the same journey! We are all in this together!

Let us provide the accountability and guidelines. All you have to do is commit to showing up for yourself and let the universe handle the rest. 

Requirements:

  • 30 mins of self care each day (Live via Zoom or on your own)

  • Checkin via FB poll or text to us

Investment: $25

  • Time: 4 weeks of commitment to show up for yourself for 30 mins

  • Soul: Lighten your heart by reconnecting to yourself
